Device Authority, the award-winning and recognized global leader in Identity and Access Management (IAM) for Enterprise IoT ecosystems, has welcomed experienced Customer Success expert, Steve Huehmer, to the team.

Boston-based Steve, who was previously Vice President at Hack The Box, specialises in spearheading strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention and significantly improving business outcomes. Having also held positions at companies such as Cofense, ThreatConnect, Cybereason, and RSA, Steve also has extensive experience in the cybersecurity sector. He joins Device Authority as VP, Customer Success and will work with the existing team across North America, EMEA and APAC.

Steve Huehmer’s arrival to the team also follows the recent appointment of former Vodafone, Google and Meta product management expert  Richard Seward as the company’s new VP of Product Management.
